Today was the second to last run on the program...yay!!  1.69 miles, 5.3mph
Did pretty well....
Today, I made a bombass meal....fish tacos!  First time
Used Ono, Asian spice & floured with salt and cayenne....shallow fry
Secret sauce, (yogurt & sriracha), sliced green onion, shredded napa cabbage & avacado
BOMB!

Then arm machines
Then .....dun, dun, dun......THE PLANK!
Fucking hate plank & haven't been doing it cuz of my failure at it....then, I pulled out a 40 second plank...maybe coulda gone a few more seconds but pussy'd out
Goat a bitch'en purse at Ross...turned out to be a Carlos Santana design
Lunch, salmon & salad....I prefer salmon to the Ono...gonna have to try cod, halibut is just too expensive

Had an egg sandwich for lunch at work w/yogurt & fruit, granola bar as a snack
So, slap had a granola bar before the gym...much better day today.  2.7mph, at 10 incline for, wait for it......for 45 minutes!!!  Instead of 30
Skipped the weight machines, didn't want to wait....so lunch was a Ono salad....put some soy sauce & cayanne on the fish...pretty good!  Lettuce, fish, crutons & miso dressing.   Gotta learn how to make my own...o, and some Chardonnay ....(abc, anything but Chardonnay)

So, the usual for dinner at work....banana & berry shake before the gym. Wasn't feelin the Ono, so I defrosted a quart of Turkey Soup & made some thread bean noodles......bomb!
No pics today...
And the gym....3.8 miles!!!!  Fucking brilliant.....a sweaty mess, but I damn well diid it
