Did pretty well....
Today, I made a bombass meal....fish tacos! First time
Used Ono, Asian spice & floured with salt and cayenne....shallow fry
Secret sauce, (yogurt & sriracha), sliced green onion, shredded napa cabbage & avacado

Fucking hate plank & haven't been doing it cuz of my failure at it....then, I pulled out a 40 second plank...maybe coulda gone a few more seconds but pussy'd out

So, slap had a granola bar before the gym...much better day today. 2.7mph, at 10 incline for, wait for it......for 45 minutes!!! Instead of 30

Fruit smoothie before the gym, (which sucked bigassballs) 4.7 just couldn't get up to a 5.3....as my nephew said, "there's always next time"

So, the usual for dinner at work....banana & berry shake before the gym. Wasn't feelin the Ono, so I defrosted a quart of Turkey Soup & made some thread bean noodles......bomb!

And the gym....3.8 miles!!!! Fucking brilliant.....a sweaty mess, but I damn well diid it

Made a banana shake while preparing lettuce for 4 salads before going to the gym. Dinner last nite was a homemade turkey sandwich, fruit & yogurt & some Pringles....also a banana & granola bar for snack. Today is steak salad!
