Turkey Sammy for lunch at work, fruit/yogurt, banana
Today was the second to last run on the program...yay!!  1.69 miles, 5.3mph
Did pretty well....
Today, I made a bombass meal....fish tacos!  First time
Used Ono, Asian spice & floured with salt and cayenne....shallow fry
Secret sauce, (yogurt & sriracha), sliced green onion, shredded napa cabbage & avacado
BOMB!
