Candy
My new candy is the medjool date.... eating salad as a main meal, chicken & salmon are my bestest friends, making my own "fruit yogurt"....I'm changing my insides for the better
It will take a wile until I see it on the outside, but I will learn to wait
Using the app on my phone, "easy 5k with Jeff Galloway" has been ok...I hated to run as a kid....now, not so much...don't get me wrong, cuz I certainly don't love it

start to run
This just sounds so ridiculous to me….the whole “you’ll
feel better after working out, even the first time, and it gets easier and easier”
Well DUH!
I mean, I know this, I’ve done this, I HAVE achieved
excellent results…………but certainly not anytime recently
I have allowed me, to be just a clusterfuck, for a long
ass time
So here I am, hating running, I HATE RUNNING….
I have started to train for a 5K, using the Jeff
Galloway app……
What a struggle to get thru the first session……1 min
run, 1 min walk
Everyother day, run….UGH
Today was training day 8
It was almost a breeze
Get right the fuck outta here
Diet is more thought out and crapfree
