This just sounds so ridiculous to me….the whole “you’ll
feel better after working out, even the first time, and it gets easier and easier”
Well DUH!
I mean, I know this, I’ve done this, I HAVE achieved
excellent results…………but certainly not anytime recently
I have allowed me, to be just a clusterfuck, for a long
ass time
So here I am, hating running, I HATE RUNNING….
I have started to train for a 5K, using the Jeff
Galloway app……
What a struggle to get thru the first session……1 min
run, 1 min walk
Everyother day, run….UGH
Today was training day 8
It was almost a breeze
Get right the fuck outta here
Diet is more thought out and crapfree
Imagine that?
