Had an egg sandwich for lunch at work w/yogurt & fruit, granola bar as a snack
So, slap had a granola bar before the gym...much better day today. 2.7mph, at 10 incline for, wait for it......for 45 minutes!!! Instead of 30
Skipped the weight machines, didn't want to wait....so lunch was a Ono salad....put some soy sauce & cayanne on the fish...pretty good! Lettuce, fish, crutons & miso dressing. Gotta learn how to make my own...o, and some Chardonnay ....(abc, anything but Chardonnay)
