5/10/14 breakfast

Yesterday was a big run day, (2miles, 4/1min at 4.3/3 pace) followed by a bigass hamburger, so good...sore as hell when I got up at 1:30a and made a toasted pb&j

So for breakfast today, something lite since we will be BBQ'n this afternoon for Mother's Day

Yogurt, pear, crumbled granola bar & cinnamon....with an iced coffee...Suzi is excited about it!
